Tune in live: Wednesday 13th May
11:00 - 11:30

With the Prime Minister due to announce the government’s ‘Roadmap out of Lockdown’ this Sunday, our Head of Team & Solicitor Jane Hallas and Senior Health & Safety Consultant Scott Crichton will be dissecting all of the major talking points and exploring how schools can prepare to return to the “new norm” safely, quickly and compliantly.

Depending on what is announced, Jane and Scott will address the potential employment and safety ramifications, which may include re-thinking your organisational structure, dealing with ongoing staff absence, handling future flexible working arrangements, managing employee communications, and ensuring health and safety due diligence. All of these aspects will undoubtedly come under the microscope as the UK begins a phased return to work, so it’s important that you’re ready to respond as soon as the green light is given.

Due to the high relevance of this topic, our last two virtual training sessions have been oversubscribed and we received hundreds of questions. Please rest assured that even if we don’t have time to answer your question during the Q&A, we will respond to you personally afterwards.

To support employers through the constantly evolving staffing and safety challenges COVID-19 presents, we are continuing to host regular interactive Q&A sessions to walk school leaders through the latest developments and answer any questions you may have.

These 30-minute events aim to keep you abreast of the latest government guidance which schools must comply with, as well as alert you to some common pitfalls we see employers falling foul of at this time.
