Gabi Ashton, Head of Client Relations
Hi, I’m Gabi. As Head of Client Relations, my job is to oversee our Inspections and Care Quality Team, co-ordinating and conducting mock CQC Inspections and delivering long-term compliance support.
Having worked for many years as a CQC Adult Social Care Inspector, I have experience in inspecting and advising providers on how to ensure their systems and quality assurance processes demonstrate compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and other relevant legislation.
Together with my team, I utilise this knowledge and experience to ensure clients are inspection-ready, and confident that all the CQC expectations are being met.
