Annabelle Carey, Head of Organisation Development Services

Hi, I’m Annabelle. Having started my career in Customer Services for an engineering company, I now have over 20 years’ experience in HR and Management Development in the private and not for profit sectors.

As Head of Organisation Development Services, I work closely with senior leaders to provide them with a range of training solutions and development services that complement our core advisory and consultancy offering.

Specialised in team development, management training and coaching, I am an experienced facilitator and Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, striving to help organisations and individuals make the most of their potential. I’m also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Outside of work, I can be found running after Sunny, my yellow Labrador, or trying to play the piano, which I only started to learn two years ago – two things I can tick off my bucket list!
